The March 27-29th CSUEU BOD meeting being held at the Holiday Inn Sacramento Downtown Arena has been cancelled and will be rescheduled pending BOD vote for June, July or August. You will be updated when the final date has been approved.
On Thursday, March 12th, 2020, I had the opportunity to serve in addressing food scarcity, students, Fresno State, North Fresno Rotary, and my alum (Fresno State), and First Lady Mary "Mamma" Castro; and things didn't go as planned.
I'm excited to say that I get to volunteer with Rotary District 5230 on a project to finally accept online payments. This has been a long time coming and has taken some long chats about technology with the Silent Generation, the Baby Boomers, Gen X, Xennials, and the Millennials, Gen Y, Gen Next. In the end, the Spirit of Rotary and collaboration took hold and it looks like the project is a green-lighted.
One of the best things about OpenSource software is that there are always (most of the time) people willing to help out a newbie.
