Daniel O. Jamison obtained his JD Degree from the University of California at Davis School of Law in 1977 and was admitted to the California State Bar that year.  Between 1977-78, he served as a Law Clerk for Judge M.D. Crocker of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.  His 39 plus years of law practice have included numerous jury and court trials in state and federal courts.  He frequently represents healthcare providers and served in the past as outside general counsel for Community Medical Centers.   He handles the appeals in his cases, notably including briefing and arguing for the defendants before the California Supreme Court the historical “Wrongful Life” case of Turpin v. Sortini.  He has been recognized in Super Lawyers of Northern California, Marquis Who’s Who in American Law,  Marquis Who’s Who in America, and Marquis Who’s Who in the World.

With the full support of his law firm, Dowling Aaron Incorporated, he is very active in the Fresno County Civic Learning Partnership, is on the Board of Directors of the Fresno Business Council, and has authored numerous articles and op-eds on legal topics and on American civics and history that have been published in various legal periodicals and numerous newspapers.
