The Food Security Project was created in August 2014, and officially launched in November 2014, to find ways to support our current Fresno State students experiencing food insecurity or other challenges. Fresno State Public Health faculty member, Alida Espinoza, conducted research through her masters thesis about food insecurity at Fresno State.
North Fresno Rotary (NFR) is proud to present the results of our 13 volunteers--11 Rotarians plus two local artists--worked on this project to place 3 Little Free Libraries around Fresno to promote literacy.
